Refund policy

- It must be in its original packaging.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

7. Exchanges

- To expedite getting the item you desire, consider returning the item you have, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

- If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned above.

9. Refunds

- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return.
- You will be informed whether the refund is approved or not.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
